2025 17th International Conference on Communication Software and Networks (ICCSN 2025) was held in Qingdao, China during July 25 - 27, 2025. 2025年第十七届通信软件与网络国际会议（ICCSN2025）于7月25-27日在青岛中国海洋大学学术交流中心成功召开。本次会议由中国海洋大学主办；IEEE、IEEE ComSoc、山东大学、中国石油大学（华东）、电磁空间安全全国重点实验室、中国电子科技集团公司第四十一研究所、电子测试技术重点实验室联合主办；东北大学、重庆大学、中国电子学会遥感遥测遥控分会、宁波大学、巴黎第13大学、中电科思仪科技股份有限公司、重庆邮电大学等单位参与支持。会议旨在促进通信软件和网络等领域的学术交流与合作，尽全力搭建高水准的国际交流平台，热忱欢迎从事相关技术研究的专家、学者和专业技术人员踊跃投稿并参加大会
7月26日上午，大会开幕，开幕式上，中国海洋大学信息科学与工程学部副部长郭忠文教授发表欢迎致辞。他代表主办方对来自世界各地的与会嘉宾表示热烈欢迎，并简要介绍了中国海洋大学在通信领域取得的重要研究成果，并预祝大会圆满举办。随后，大会主席、法国巴黎第十三大学Jalel Ben-Othman 教授致辞。他指出，ICCSN作为通信软件与网络领域的重要国际会议，在推动全球技术进步与交流合作方面具有重要意义，并期待与会者在思想的交流与碰撞中激发创新灵感。开幕式由中国海洋大学电子工程学院副院长吕婷婷副教授主持。
主旨报告环节，多位国际知名专家学者带来了精彩演讲。加拿大维多利亚大学T. Aaron Gulliver 教授（加拿大工程研究院院士、加拿大工程院院士），中国中电科思仪科技股份有限公司、中国电子科技集团公司第四十一研究所、电子测试技术重点实验室年夫顺教授（CETC测试仪器首席科学家)，美国休斯顿大学的韩竹教授（ AAAS Fellow、 IEEE Fellow、ACM杰出会员），中国海洋大学的张浩教授（国家“万人计划”领军人才，科技部创新创业领军人才，教育部新世纪优秀人才）分别发表了主旨演讲，围绕通信技术的最新进展与未来发展进行了深度分享，受到与会者广泛关注与高度评价。
本次大会为期三天，围绕通信理论、无线通信、无线网络、信息与网络安全等关键议题展开，主题广泛、探讨深入，紧扣行业发展趋势与技术前沿。来自中国、加拿大、法国、美国、英国、葡萄牙、马来西亚等多个国家和地区的近百位专家学者参会。除4场主旨报告外，大会还安排了16场特邀报告、多个线上线下结合分会场，旨在打造全方位、多层次的学术交流平台，共同探讨通信领域的前沿技术与创新路径。
ICCSN 2025的成功举办，不仅为全球通信软件与网络领域的研究人员提供了专业的学术交流与合作平台，也有力推动了国际科研协作与人才互动。会议紧贴行业需求与技术热点，推动理论研究与产业应用深度融合，为通信领域技术创新与实践转化提供了新思路与新动力，助力全球通信产业高质量发展。
